 Meet Howard Shafer (408-247-9980 or jhshafer@sbcglobal.net ) at Sunnyvale Community Center at 9:45am for a 10am start for a ride to Milpitas. We’ll head east through San Jose on roads having little weekend traffic. Then we’ll do a gentle climb to get to the scenic foothills on the east side of the valley. After lunch in Milpitas (bring or buy) we’ll return via some interesting bike paths. Rain or other ugly weather cancels.
