The Thursday Evening tours will resume on March 14th at 6:PM. Andy Kirk, (650) 941-1287 orandrewk962@yahoo.com, will lead for the first month and after that we will separate into a faster group and a slower group. Andy is waiting for leaders to come forward for the faster group. Here is how these rides have previously been described: This is a series of evening rides varying from 15 to 30 miles starting at 5:30 p.m. from Cuesta Park in Mt. View. (We will now meet at 6PM at Shoup park at in Los Altos just off University Ave.) The rides are suitable for B+ and C riders with stops to regroup as necessary. Most of these rides will be led by various leaders. The rides will be in Los Altos Hills, Portola Valley and toward Saratoga. The leaders will attempt to introduce riders to lesser known roads and also to "walk-throughs" between roads not known to most riders. There will be some hills thrown in to spice up the route. Every effort will be made to get riders back before dark, but bring a tail light just in case. Route sheets will be provided to all riders. Many of the riders go out to dinner afterwards at a number of different restaurants. If you have any questions, call or e-mail Andy.
