CD/4/60 BIKING TO BIG BASIN AND BOULDER CREEK

If you missed the LDT Skyline ride this year or just want to do this fabulous route again, here's your chance! We'll break into C and D pace groups but both groups will follow the D route. Starting at Saratoga High School, we'll ride up Highway 9 to the summit, where we'll continue along the quieter southern reaches of Skyline and Bear Creek Road to the little mountain town of Boulder Creek for lunch in the park (bring or buy at the nearby market). Then we'll return through Big Basin State Park with its iconic giant Redwoods (photo ops!) and visitor's center (ice cream!) and back up Highway 9 to the start. Meet at Saratoga High School (20300 Herriman Ave, Saratoga) at 9:45 am for a 10 am start.
