A/.5/16 MCKENZIE PARK TO SHORELINE

Meet Pam Putman at 9 am for a 9:15 start at McKenzie Park off Fremont Ave. in Los Altos to ride to the Lakeside Café at Shoreline Park in Mt. View.  We’ll ride on quite residential streets to enter Stevens Creek Trail and continue on to Shoreline Park.  At the Lakeside Café in Shoreline we’ll enjoy “a cuppa Joe” and fresh pastries or even breakfast so don’t forget to bring your moola!  After eating our pastry or breakfast and enjoying the view of the sailing lake we’ll return by the same route.  It will be about an hour’s ride each way and there are 3 bicycle/pedestrian bridges and 3 tunnels on the route.  Come see who's the freeloader on Pam's helmet this month!  Rain or threat of rain cancels.
