Meet Annie Armstrong (anniea1338@gmail.com, 415-889-0109 (day of ride only)) and Bob Graf at 9:30 am at the Stow Lake boat house, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco for a 9:45 am prompt departure. We’ll ride to Golden Gate Bridge through Golden Gate Park and the Presidio. We’ll follow a direct route to the Marin Civic Center and loop around China Camp State Park clockwise. Then on to lunch in Larkspur at the Marin Brewing Company. We’ll return via ferry from Larkspur, ride the infamous “Wiggle” and make a quick stop to look at the bikeway mural on our way back. To get to Stow Lake, follow Highway 1 from 280 and exit at Golden Gate Bridge/19th Ave. Make the first right immediately after entering Golden Gate Park on Martin Luther King Jr Dr. and take the first left on Stow Lake Dr. (sharp left, sign barely visible). The boathouse is on the north side of the lake. Park anywhere on Stow Lake Dr. or at the parking lot on the left side of the street, across from the boathouse. Rain or temperature over 80°F cancels.
