Join Dave Stein and Gil Grangier for a ride through the back roads, suburban streets, and bike paths of Livermore. You'll see vineyards and cows, but (almost) no windmills. Lunch is at 30 miles, so bring snacks. The starting point is Robertson Park in Livermore. To get to there, take Fwy 680 North to the Livermore (Hwy 84 East) exit; go over the hill and turn right on Vallecito Rd.; continue as name changes to Holmes; turn right on Concannon; turn left on Robertson Park Rd.; turn right at the stop sign (to stay on Robertson Park); proceed to Parking Area D on your right. Meeting time: 10:00 AM for a 10:15 AM departure. Likelihood of rain cancels. If the ride is cancelled, I'll post a message to the WW email list before 8:00 AM on the day of the ride.
