B/1.5/30 Sharon Park to SETI Ride

Join Ken Lum (lum40@comcast.net and 1-650-508-1879, Cell: 1-805-720-2912) at the Safeway parking lot at Sharon Park in Menlo Park off Sand Hill Rd. at 10:00 AM for a 10:15 AM departure for an easy going ride through Shoreline Park to the SETI Institute at 189 Bernardo Ave. in Mountain View for their weekly noon time talks on astronomy, physics and astrobiology. We will meet in the corner of the parking lot nearest the Shell gas station. This week's talk will be about "Earth-Sized Planets in the Habitable Zones of Cool Stars" by Elisa Quintana, SETI Institute. For more on the talk, visit the SETI web site at: www.seti.org. We will pick up lunch at the Subway sandwich shop in Mountain View to take to SETI.
